The beauty of a house is harmony, The security of a house is loyalty, The joy of a house is love, The plenty of a house is in children, The rule of a house is service, The comfort of a house is God Himself. —Frank Crane

A trip to the Bank!!!
Well, it's officially 7 o'clock so the babies are officially sleeping but what an eventful week we have had so far....So, I pick them up from daycare two days ago and had to go to the bank afterwards. That was the hugest mistake of MY LIFE!!!!:) On the way to the bank, my sweet little boy is sipping away on his sippy cup, his sister is loving her cat nap and we are enjoying the good weather as we roll down the windows. Next thing you know there is a slight bump on the right side of my car, with a simultaneous scream from Brooklyn and I am trying to figure out what is going on...."Was it a tree limb?"; "OMG that boy just threw her pacifier out the window!!"; "His sippy cup, where is his sippy cup?"....Perplexed I drive up to the bank parking lot as Brooklyn continues to shriek and Branson continues to look at me cheeplishly saying "cu-cu-cu-cu". I get out of the car.........thank goodness her pacifier is still here!! Okay pop it in and get her out.....Around to Branson's side of the car, well what do you know there is absolutely no sippy cup in sight. This boy has thrown his sippy from a moving vehicle. Well, as if that weren't enough we enter the bank to order a new debit card for me and change all of my address and name information....this was easer said than done. I left the bank with a handful of tissues, a pacifier covered in lint, and a neverending supply of apologies......what happened behind those doors are too horrific to repeat, but let's just say if Aplus FCU doesn't see me again it will be too soon!!!
So, if you have two kids go to the bank and then go pick up the kiddos. Your life will be a lot easier!

My Life is A-maze-ing!!---A MAZE!!!
She loves her brother......attacking him that is!!
Up close and personal pic of all that love and affection....see the horror in his face???
After decorating his hat he was eating cookies and being silly!
Representing them D-Cowboys!:)
Well.....I initially thought she was smiling, but she was evidently choking from the death grip around her neck!!
She loves that baby in the mirror......she totally thought she had a twin for a minute!
Once again she is showing herself some love!
Man, spaghetti is not a boy's best friend.....but he certainly likes the sauce!

Brooklyn is Crawling!
Well, it happened all too soon my little girl is crawling even earlier than her brother did! I thought 5 1/2 months was early, but she started crawling just short of 5 months! Yes, she started crawling at four months and I have the video to prove it!:) I have some amazing little bits of sunshine that we have been blessed with, don't know what we did to deserve them....
Branson and Brooklyn-Summer 2008
All about us!
My name is Nadine and I am a 25 yr. old mother of two and wife to one!:) We have a little boy named Branson III whom is the ripe old age of 20mths. and a daughter named Brooklyn whom is 5 mths. old. My husband Branson is an amazing man and provider for our family.....I am a Kindergarten Teacher and I absolutely love my job, even when the kids are tough I know that it is worth it to make a difference in their lives. I am praying that my life will exalt the one who created us all, but it is all a work in progress and making the dashes on my tombstone mean something is my life's work. I hope you enjoy our family blog, post comments and send us your love!
